170x170button.gif170x170button.gif170x170button.gifJanuary seems to be the time for re-organizing, re-structuring, and re-focusing in all aspects of our lives. I have this overwhelming desire to do things I normally would not, like, for instance, cleaning out the closets all of a sudden. I am throwing away things I’ve held onto for years, for no apparent reason, till you know, sometime in the summer when I say..”where is that…oops,, threw it away in January.”

Sometimes though, it’s hard to even know where to start, what to tackle first so I’ve found some helpful guides for anymore in that mode, like me.

First up is The Household Helper, a website and podcast dedicated to helping busy moms figure out how to stay on top of things. My friend Cara has added some terrific ebooks for moms, like Home Organization for Busy Moms, Meal Planning for Busy Moms, and Frugal Living, How to Stretch Your Hard Earned Dollar . But the best yet is her new podcast, The Household Helper Talk Show and Podcast, it’s free to listen, just go on over and click the play button. This week Cara talks to Aurelia Williams, who I talked about in my last post, a Life Coach ready to help moms get organized and establish routines.

But what about you Mom? It not all about the house, don’t forget to take care of yourself. Huh what, take care of me???? YES! Don’t have a clue where to start…check out these free guides to help you out. Hot Mama Makeover gives you all the tools you need to bring the HOT back! And Find the Time Mama helps you find time for yourself in your busy life. Their free!
