Realistic Resolutions, Learn from a Life Coach

4 January 2008 3 Comments

I’m not a big resolution person, I’ll say, I’m gonna do this and that, but I don’t usually take it too seriously. I have set some goals for my business though and I do want to accomplish them. I find writing things down on paper really helps me plan and organize so I can achieve the goals. It is said 80% of people drop/fail at their resolutions before the end of January. Why? Probably because they set unrealistic expectations. A virtual friend/fellow WAHM of mine was recently interviewed on her local news station about this subject…take a looksee…

Aurelia makes some great points about setting goals you can attain and you can learn more about life coaching at her website, Real Life Coaching.

Aurelia is absolutely right and she’s done a great job bringing the value of life coaching to public awareness.

With (virtual) friends like her, Bee, you can give your resolutions (and business goals) a good review and make them really work for you.
